Overview

JDX is a place like no other for experienced professionals to grow and develop their consulting, commercial and entrepreneurial toolkits. You will work alongside the leading thinkers in the industry, learn from our subject matter experts, and benefit from an academy programme tailored to senior JDXers. On project, you will be working with the world’s top corporate and institutional banks, financial market intermediaries, FinTech providers and Buy-side firms. Your projects will vary, and we will ensure that you are fully equipped to successfully deliver JDX’s solutions with the opportunity to specialise in our core domains and partner technologies.

You will have the opportunity to lead teams as well as company initiatives and committees.

Becoming part of the team

Regular team offsites, company events, industry events and training sessions will allow you to build strong connections with your fellow JDXers, even if you are based on client site. You will feel the sense of community from the moment you join, and we have introduced lots of initiatives aimed at helping our new joiners settle into the firm, especially whilst working from home.

Day-to-day, consultants will most likely be situated on client site, whilst head office colleagues are normally based at one of our key hubs. Wherever you are, our teams will be on-hand to assist you and make you feel at home. You will have a dedicated relationship manager based in Head Office, as well as line and career managers who will be checking in regularly. You will also become part of a ‘JDX Pod’ which will enable you to get to know and obtain support from a diverse group of JDXers. Operating as ‘one JDX’ is key to meeting our vision, so we want you to feel a part of the family. Being a global firm, our clients will sometimes be based outside our core locations. This means that our consultants get the opportunity to relocate to wherever our clients might need us. We currently operate in 4 key hubs globally in London, New York, Singapore, and Dublin, and 5 other locations in Birmingham, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Salt Lake City and Jacksonville.

Learning and progression

As one of JDX’s cornerstone values, learning will form an important part of your career. We will support you in attaining industry certifications, specialist accreditations and management qualifications so that you are best equipped to fulfil your role. In 2020 alone we sponsored 123 external qualifications. We also offer mentoring and coaching programmes for our senior staff to help support and guide your progression. Wellbeing

To further support you, we offer a global wellbeing package aimed at improving our working environment.
