JDX launches wellbeing package to support staff

Sarah Brennan, CPO
We are pleased to launch JDX’s Global Wellbeing Package to support employees.
At JDX we have always recognised that our people are our biggest asset, and we understand that 2020 has not been the easiest of years. We wanted to say thank you for all of the commitment, hard work and resilience shown by our employees throughout the year, and provide further support as we continue on this journey. So we are delighted to announce our new global wellbeing package that focuses on both the mental and physical wellness of our employees.
The package includes a premium subscription to the Calm app, ergonomics webinars to ensure comfort and safety whilst working remotely, ergonomic chairs delivered to remote working locations for all employees, confidential mental health clinics with professional therapists, trained Mental Health First Aiders within the company, and restaurant vouchers that can be used for 12 months to enable socialising with colleagues once restrictions relax. We are also proud to have become members of EIDA (Employers Initiative on Domestic Abuse) and be in a position to provide additional support for our employees in this area.
