    Document Digitisation Lifecycle Management

OTC derivatives market participants are under increasing scrutiny to manage counterparty exposures and corresponding collateral obligations.

Regulations, such as the global margin rules for uncleared derivative (UMR) transactions, increase the volume of transactions in the over-the-counter derivatives market that need to be collateralised and processed through what is now an antiquated collateral management infrastructure.

The ability to extract tabular data from eligible collateral schedules within Credit Support Annexes (CSAs) and other physical documentation and to prepare that data for STP for consumption into collateral management systems, expends significant manual effort and reduces the risk of manual re-keying errors.
JDX has 6+ years experience in optimising industry-leading third-party tools to automate data extraction, accelerating legal document processing and driving cognitive processing
