Blue Monday – top tips from JDX

    Did you know that today is known as ‘Blue Monday’?

    To some, this will have no affect. To others, the prospect of the ‘gloomiest’ day of the year could bring dread and stress to an already tough time.

    Harriet Rhodes-Jones, co-lead of JDX Birmingham’s Mental Health and Women in Banking workstreams, has put together 7 simple tips which could help someone who needs it today.

    Even if your day does not feature these tips, try to take some time to nurture your mental and physical wellbeing. Be kind to yourselves – we are all in this together!
